Do you offer guest passes?

Yes we offer a single day pass for all of the classes except personal training. The CrossFit single day pass is $15 and all other single day passes are $10.

Do I need experience or some level of fitness?

No. Our CrossFit classes are scaled to meet any fitness ability. All of our other classes offer modifications to meet any level of  fitness even if its your very first day.

What if I'm out of shape?

Don't be intimidated! Everyone starts somewhere but the key is starting. CrossFit is a great way to get in shape and have fun.

Is CrossFit safe?

Yes! We teach proper technique and reinforce proper methods of training on a consistent basis.

How long before I see any benefits?

It's different for every person but you could start feeling and seeing a difference within the first two weeks as long as the effort is given.

What do the workouts consist of?

Warm-up, technique/skill or strength training and a short intense workout.

What about my diet?

Diet and nutrition are a big part of being fit and healthy. We are here to guide you on the right path.
